Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

West Malaysia — FREE shipping, estimated 3–5 business days
East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan) — RM 5.00 flat rate, estimated 5–8 business days
Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your order with our courier partner.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. However, please contact us if your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe.
